hi sis Rima,

i would love to try baking this.
My questions :-
1) when to pour the cheese mixture? after the brownie cool?
2) to bake the cheese, u need another 20 mins. So is that mean a total baking time is abt 40 to 60 mins?
Thank you. :)) - Aliyza

hi sis Rima,

I would love to try this recipe(Marble brownie cheese). And i have some queries...
1) When do i need to pour the cheese mixture? After the brownie cooled?
2) As stated, need to bake the cheese for 20 mins.
Which means, the total baking time about 40-60 mins? Coz i'm not sure if the cheese to bake together with the brownie or separate. Thank you. Aliyza

Hi Aliyza
Gd luck and to ur questions
1) Pour cheese mixture after u take it out of ur oven..
2) I baked the brownie layer for half an hour and bake a further 20mins after u pour ur cheese mixture.. so total time for this marble cheese brownies is 50mins

Salam Kak Rima,
sy dah try recipe ni hari ni..tapi brownies tu bila kua oven tgh dia jatuh. so bila sy tuang cheese, dia jd tk serata. tepi2 tipis and tgh dia tebal cheese. mcmana ya nk jd kan cheese nya masak serata dan sama? sy prefer cheese nya tebal.. and 1 more.. sebenarnya cheese nya masak brown or yellow eh? hehe.. thank you..:)

Adonan cheese nye memang tak tebal.. i think if u double the portion it will not be as nice.. anyway i think ur brownies is underbake.. different oven different ragamnye so u shud agak agak timing nye ok.. another thing when u take out ur brownie memang tengah dia lembek sikit but tak lah sampai jatuh

I like my cheese a little brown so i bake it like that.. if u tak suka u can alas aluminium foil over it after 10mins of baking the cream cheese batter..

Salam Kak Rima,

I did this brownie based on your resep but without the cheese only. I made a chocolate top. I guess I have beaten the brownie too much. The turn out is nice but a little cakey. I want it moist. Tak pe will try next time. Yesterday just bought the cream cheese..

Thanks dear for this website. Now I just go to your site for recipe...LOL. BEST!!
