Chocolate Rice Orange Muffin



Dont u just loveeeeee all the cutie mutie stuff?? i know i am a sucker for it!! hehehee




Baked muffin for my "kaki's" in Concorde Htl.. hope u guys like it!!

Ingredients
(A)
2 cup all purpose flour ]
1 tsp baking powder ] sieve twice
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate ]
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp chocolate rice

(B)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup orange juice
1 egg [mix with fork]
1 tsp orange paste



Method
1. Preheat oven 180C for 15mins
2. Mix all ingredients A in a large bowl and put it aside.
3. Mix ingredients B in another bowl and pour it into ingredients A.
4. Stir using rubber spatula till well blended.
5. Pour batter 3/4 full into muffin tray and scatter topping
6. Bake for 20mins




All ready to be exported tomorrow hehehe

btw, i just want to know how to measure 1/2 melted butter.do we really need to melt it first? thanks :)

The recipes that i shared are all fm other food bloggers that were kind enough to share their recipe.. hope u get to try out a few :o)

I usually will melt butter then measure it..
