Piping different kinda fillings... espresso ganache, salted caramel, valrhona chocolate, salted peanut butter, white chocolate passionfruits, teh tarik and also nutella ganache... sonia's fav!
Arranging em in boxes... ty Reen for all the repeat orders... this girl was craving for my macs since ramadhan.. she wrote to me and i promised her that she will be the first one to be notified! ty dear.. it was nice to meet u and ur princess again... why lah ur always in a hurry hehehe.. ty Hairyanti for coming down to Concorde to pick up ur order.. advance ty to Puspa and also Syahzelen for the macs orders... see u girls soon!

Anyway, just wanted to ask you about the macarons Rima - I've been looking through your past macaron entries and you recommended the Swiss meringue method some time ago. Just wondering which method you prefer? I heard that the swiss meringue method doesn't taste as good, but I haven't been experiencing good results (no feet/skirt) with the French method even after many many tries :( Does the swiss meringue method really taste different?

Honestly right now i am so into french method.. took the swiss method and convert it to french.. so far so good.. i hv tried italian and its a little sweet for my liking.. swiss is ok but ur macs will look like mini burger.. french method is our fav so far but sometimes a little temperamental .. do keep on practicing.. u will get it right dear..
