Anonymous.. i wish u add in ur name so that i can adrs u properly.. i am not too sure which recipe u use.. if ur using baking sheet its best to spray the bottom of ur baking sheet once u take it out of the oven so that ur mac tak lekat kat baking sheet.. now i am using silpat mat.. no issue or whatsoever.. tak lekat at all unless if ur mac ter undercook..
