Happy Birthday Danish!!

We had iftar cum Danish's doa selamat at moms today.. Hairi's platoon was given nights out and he managed to hv iftar with us too. I had prepared char kway teow while mom cooked mee bakso.. it was a simple affair but that was enough to fill everyone's tummy.. So sit back and enjoy the photos peeps!!

Ape nak mind.. i share recipe whenever I can.. cuma if u perasan my blog is more to desert.. i tak de gambar and recipe on my every food.. but yeah of cos u can hv the recipe.. my family paling suka this char kway teow.. sampai kadang2 tu tak cukup hehehe


Ingredients
1 paket char kue teaw, 1 paket mee kuning - celurkan sekejap dalam air panas dan toskan
5 ulas bawang putih - cincang atau ketuk aje
2 biji telur
udang secukupnya
kucai, di hiris 1 inci (lagi banyak lagi sedap)
tauge
minyak untuk menumis

Bahan untuk menumis*
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu kicap manis
1 sudu kicap pekat
1 1/2 sudu gula
1 kecil garam
1 sudu sos ikan
2-3 sudu air

5 sudu besar lada kisar campurkan dengan sedikit air. Jika hendak pedas boleh letak banyak.

Semua bahan * campurkan dlm satu bekas kacau siap2 sehingga sebati.

Method
1. Panaskan minyak dan goreng udang dahulu – toskan.
2. Minyak yg sama tumis cili boh + air sehingga masak.
3. Masukkan campuran * masak dlm 5 minit.
4. Masukkan tauge & daun kucai masak 2 minit.
5. Masukkan cepat char kue teaw.
6. Masukkan udang.
7. Letak tepi kuali sikit char kue teaw tadi dan pecahkan telur - goreng cepat supaya telur tidak berketul.
8. Rasa garam dan gula..bila dah ok, boleh padamkan api...

Nota: Masa masukkan bahan 1-6 memang agak basah sikit, tapi bila dah masukkan telur ia akan jadi pekat.

kewl, hari ni jugak i akan buat. ke kedai to find kew tew. thanks rima, alamak i have to bake apam gula hangus, i better go now. if not tak sempat nak masak kew tew meleleh air liur lagik...hhhakks

normally bila goreng mee, i turn of the heat and put the togeh in, so i did the same for the kew tew, baru syokkk...

No worries.. glad it turned out good.. Sonia is well.. cuma banyak cakap now.. dah tu suka cakap kuat kuat.. fening mak.. part dia rewel tu.. alamak I tak leh tahan tau.. memang harus kena letak kat naughty corner lah jawabnye if tak dengar kata..
