We are back home... ohhhh it feels so so nice to be back home.. feels nice to sleep in my own bed... to hug my super soft pillow, to get under my duvet and just chill.. ohhhh nothing can compare like sleeping at home.. not even a 4/5/6* hotel hahaha

So i got home to a super soft bananas in my fridge.. Hairi must hv bought it and had placed it in the fridge bef he went to camp.. good boy! Had to make use of it by today cos when I took it out of the fridge.. it literally drop one by one.. it had turned into super soft.. semi soggy bananas :o(

1 cup diced Pisang Ambon or any kinda of banana

1 tbsp chocolate paste

Topping
Chocolate Chips or chopped walnuts

Method
Preheat oven to 200C.
Sift ingredients A, set aside.
Whisk ingredients B (except bananas) until well blended... pour mixture B into sifted A.. stir well.
Add diced banana.. divide batter into two parts. Mix one part with chocolate paste and stir well.
Pour plain and chocolate batter alternatively into muffin cups.. swirl it using chopsticks and add toppings.
