Mom and dad flew to Jakarta today and we didnt even get to send them off.. sigh... anyway... enough rambling... let me tell u abt this cake... had planned to bake it yesterday but unfortunately i didnt hv any pudding mix so had to wait till today... want to know how it taste like?? HEAVENNNNNNNNNN.... I'm in heaven.... I have had nothing but raves and craves for this exceptional cake. Chocolate lovers beware, this one is addictive!! u will love me for this heheh

1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1/2 cup water (i used espresso shot)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (i used 1 cup of chocolate chip and 1/2 cup of chocolate rice)

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
In a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water, combine chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, then add vanilla.
